Ketsby Lakeside Campsite – Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment
• All bookings must be made in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Payments can be made via card payment (Visa, Mastercard, and other major providers).

2. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 3 days before arrival will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our booking system.
• No refunds will be given for early departures.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

3. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-in time is from 11:00 to 22:00.
• Check-out time is by 10:00 on the day of departure.
• Guests must vacate their pitch by check-out time unless a late check-out has been agreed in advance.
• Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

4. Campsite Rules
• Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 8:00.
• No loud music or disruptive behaviour is allowed.
• Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after.
• Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation. Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
• Generators are not permitted unless approved by management.
• Children must be supervised at all times.

5. Lake Safety
• Swimming in the lake is strictly prohibited.
• Children must be supervised near the lake at all times.

6. Fishing
• Fishing is allowed in the main lake area only.
• All fishing is catch and release – no fish may be removed from the lake.
• Barbed hooks are not permitted; only barbless or de-barbed hooks may be used.
• Live bait is not allowed to protect the lake’s ecosystem.
• All anglers must use appropriate landing nets and unhooking mats.
• Fishing is only permitted during the time your pitch has been booked for.
• Please respect other guests and wildlife while fishing.
• All litter, including fishing line and bait containers, must be disposed of responsibly.

7. Facilities
• Hot showers, toilets, and sinks are available for use.
• Please keep the facilities clean and report any issues to the campsite staff.
• General waste disposal facilities are provided; please use them responsibly.
• Use of facilities is at your own risk.
• Please do not leave personal belongings in communal areas.

8. Liability
• Ketsby Lakeside Campsite is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during your stay.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.
• Any damage to campsite property will be charged to the guest responsible.________________________________________
9. Privacy Policy
• Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of managing your booking.
• We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
• We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation
• You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.

10. Amendments
• Ketsby Lakeside Campsite reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes.
• Continued use of the campsite following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
