We are SOUTH ORMSBY EVENTS Ltd, a company registered in England under company no. 10878962 (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our registered office is at South Ormsby Hall, South Ormsby, Lincolnshire LN11 8QS. We are also available via email at enquiries@southormsbyestate.co.uk.

These Terms of Use (together with the documents referred to below) tell you the Terms of Use on which you may make use of http://southormsbyestate.co.uk (our “site“), whether as a guest or a registered user. Use of our Site includes accessing, browsing and registering your account there.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you start to use our Site, as they are binding on you. We welcome questions and comments regarding these Terms of Use. Please feel free to contact us using the information above.

These Terms of Use refer to the following additional terms, which also apply to your use of our Site:

Changes to our Site

We may update our Site and any content stored on it from time to time. However, please note that any of the content on our Site may be out of date when you access it, and we are under no obligation to update it.

We do not guarantee that our Site, or any content we make available on it, will be free from errors or omissions. Access to our Site is permitted on a temporary basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our Site without notice. We will not be liable to you if, for any reason, our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

You will not be able to purchase any age-restricted products (such as alcohol) unless you are over the required minimum age.

If you register on our Site with a username and password, or use any other piece of information as a means of gaining access to certain parts of our Site which require a log-in and password to access, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

We have the right to disable any username or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.

If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your username or password, you must promptly notify us. If you wish to change your password, you can do so from within your account.

 

Product Availability and Pricing

If you purchase products from our Site, our Terms of Sale will govern all such purchases. Product packaging and prices are correct at time of uploading and may be subject to change. The products advertised on our Site are available while stocks last. We offer no guarantee that any particular product will be available at any time, and reserve the right to withdraw products from sale or remove them from our Site without warning.

 

Acceptable use

When posting any content to our Site, you must not:

(a) use our Site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms of Use;

(b) use our Site fraudulently or maliciously, for example, to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious software;

(c) conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities on or in relation to our Site without our express written consent (such as scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting);

(d) use our Site to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications without our express written consent; or

(e) access, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of our Site, any equipment or network on which it is stored, any software used in the provision of our Site, or any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.

 

Intellectual property rights

 We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site, as well as in the material we publish. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our Site.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our Site must always be acknowledged.

You must not use any part of the content on our Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

If you print off, copy or download any part of our Site in breach of these Terms of Use, your right to use our Site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

If you upload or post content to our Site (e.g. a product review), it will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but in uploading or posting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, store, publish, translate and copy that content and to distribute and make it available to third parties in any existing or future media. You also grant to us the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights. You further agree that we also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any content posted or uploaded by you to our Site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
