Lincoln Red Beef straight from our ethically farmed, grass-fed herd on the South Ormsby Estate in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds.

The perfect opportunity to try these nutrient dense, incredibly flavoursome cuts, Our Lincoln Red Beef Offal box contains a minimum of 4 items, packaged and prepared in portions great for two, ready to be cooked.

Each 2.8kg box will be made up of the following selection of delicious cuts:

  • Beef Liver
  • Beef heart
  • Oxtail
  • Tongue

*minimum weight, final box weight may be higher.

Massingberd-Mundy Lincoln Red Beef is supplied frozen for your convenience, so you can either pop it straight into the freezer for another day, or into the fridge to defrost thoroughly before cooking.

Mail orders are delivered within two working days.

Collection is available Monday – Friday, with next-day collection for orders placed before 12 noon, and Saturday collection offered on alternating weekends – see the Saturday click and collection dates, 2025 below.

Place your order for Click and Collect by choosing your date from the Calendar at checkout.

You can collect your order from South Ormsby Estate  every other Saturday from our click & collect area at Sheepdip Paddock. Orders for the nearest Click and Collect date will close at 12.00pm the day before.

Here is the schedule of Saturday C&C dates for 2025:

If you choose Saturday Collection at checkout, your order will be ready to collect between 10 am – 12 pm from our click & collect area at Sheepdip Paddock.

The parking area is on Brinkhill Road, South Ormsby. If you’re heading south from Bluestone Heath Road, look out for this well-signed parking area on your left before you reach the Old School.
This is located just off Bluestone Heath Road, past the Massingberd Arms pub on the left.

We recommend bringing a cool bag with you if collecting beef or poultry products, so it’s easier to take your order home with you!

You can collect your order from South Ormsby Estate Monday-Friday from the Old Stables. Orders for the nearest Click and Collect date will close at 12.00pm the day before.

If you choose weekday collection, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a collection time with you from the Old Stables (Manor Farm Offices), Manor Farm, South Ormsby, LN11 8QS. Our weekday collection hours are between 9.00am and 5.00pm.
