Our farm-reared turkeys have been pasture-raised to official organic standards on South Ormsby Estate in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds.
The majority of our flock are Norfolk Black Turkeys, and being a slower-growing heritage breed, it gives the meat of the birds a wonderful succulence and flavour.
Our turkey legs (four thighs and four drumsticks) are perfect for a variety of dishes if you are looking for a delicious midweek meal.
Massingberd-Mundy Poultry is supplied frozen for your convenience, so you can either pop it straight into the freezer for another day, or into the fridge to defrost thoroughly before cooking.
