Project Officer, Finn Bracey explains how these newest packs were created:
“Since launching our 6kg Family Box last year, we’ve had a lot of brilliant feedback about our beef, and a lot of customers have asked for more options, so they can select a pack that suits them and the meals they’d like to cook – and we are happy to oblige!
“We’ve worked hard to expand our range and offer more variety – we’ve launched a smaller box, perfect for smaller households or to try our beef for the first time, and we’ve redesigned our Steak Box for the new year.
“Our new boxes come complete with the same premium quality beef we’ve become known for. The beef is aged for 21 days for superior flavour and texture, and we use all of the beef from each animal, so everything we produce goes directly to the customer.
“We are dedicated to raising our cattle sustainably and ethically, keeping them 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised, and we are continuing our commitment to use high-quality, environmentally friendly packaging wherever possible, such as for our sheep-wool insulation for our boxes which keeps the beef cool when it’s being delivered to our customers.”
