May’s Cocktail of the Month – Pink Gin Bellini

A bellini is a sparkling Italian cocktail that originated in Venice. Typically made with prosecco and peach, a bellini is normally yellow or orange in colour, but this twist by our Head Distiller, Tristan swaps around the ingredients so it’s a little less zesty and a little more elegant and fruity.

He recommends serving this fruity cocktail in a champagne flute, with some ice to make it extra cool and refreshing on a hot summer’s day. Or, if you fancy making it for yourself at home, it can be even more indulgent served in a standard wine glass.

To make this, you’ll need:

  • 50ml of Marie Jeanne Pink Gin
  • A dash of Chambord raspberry liqueur
  • A splash of prosecco to top
  • Lastly, garnish with a raspberry stick

Method:

  • Half fill your glass with ice
  • Pour in your Marie Jeanne Gin
  • Add the Chambord raspberry liqueur
  • Top with prosecco
  • Garnish with raspberries
  • Sit back and enjoy!
