Romantic Gin and Tonic

If you like to keep things simple why not try using Fentimans’ Elderflower & Rose Tonic water with our Marie Jeanne’s Rose Gold Gin or if you aren’t keen on tonic then try Fever-tree Rose Lemonade or Fever-tree Raspberry and Rose Soda Water. Tristan suggests 50 ml of gin with 100 ml of mixer and plenty of ice with a garnish of a lime wheel and raspberries.

Pomegranate Martini

This pomegranate martini isn’t as strong as a traditional martini.

Ingredients

  • 25 ml Burrell’s Dry Gin
  • 10 ml Cointreau
  • 75 ml Pomegranate juice

Method

  • Shake with ice.
  • Strain into a martini glass

If you are using a new mixer for the first time we suggest trying a little of the mixer on its own to make sure you like it, before adding the gin.
