Our Lincoln Red Herd spends their time grazing the pasture across our 3,000-acre estate. Our beef comes with our “Farm to Fork Traceability Guarantee”, with each product including the unique animal identification number so you can trace your cuts of meat down to the cow it came from and where on the Estate.
On top of this, 100% of our gin is distilled, bottled and packed at our purpose-built Distillery in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, using as many locally sourced botanicals as possible.
Lincoln Red Beef
The Massingberd-Mundy Lincoln Red Beef herd is a 400-strong herd of pure, original population Lincoln Red cattle, one of the nation’s oldest and rarest breeds of beef cattle.
Our beef comes with our “Farm to Fork Traceability Guarantee”, with each product including the unique animal identification number so you can trace your cuts of meat down to the cow it came from and where on the Estate.
Preferring a forage-based diet, the Lincoln Reds grow much slower than other breeds so they live a longer life before they can be slaughtered. This slower growth produces the fuller flavour and rich marbling of the Lincoln Red.
Our herd spend their time grazing the pasture across our 3,000-acre estate using a rotational grazing method. This method of grazing is not only better for the cattle’s health and development, but it also benefits the ecosystem here at South Ormsby Estate in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds.

Massingberd-Mundy Turkeys
Our turkeys are farm-raised to official organic standards.
From the day they go outside; they are free to express all their natural instincts of foraging, flying and roosting up on high perches, just like our chickens. (Due to current circumstances, all our poultry are housed according to the guidelines).

Norfolk Black turkeys are thought to be the oldest breed of turkey in the UK.
As they are a slower-growing heritage breed, the meat has wonderful succulence and flavour.
Award-Winning Gins
Using as many locally sourced botanicals as possible, all of our gin is lovingly distilled, bottled and packed by hand at our purpose-built Distillery in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds, on our 3,000-acre Estate.
Each of our artisan gins is inspired by a different person of local and national historical interest; namely, Charles Burrell Massingberd, a former Squire of South Ormsby Estate and his wife Marie Jeanne Rapigeon, who for reasons unknown had to flee France and fell in love with our Lincolnshire Squire.
